The MOU will allow the two companies to jointly develop and install the vanadium redox flow battery (VRFB) project and vanadium electrolyte supply.

NHCE develops renewable energy and energy storage projects and is currently working with the University of New South Wales to optimize vrfb battery design.

The agreement will allow vsun energy to assist in the development of nche's existing and future VRFB projects.

The two companies will jointly assess the market opportunities for VRFB devices, including the potential for local manufacturing or assembly of VRFB and the leasing facilities for vanadium electrolyte.
